Service Description
In this encounter, you will get up close and personal with Capybara, Bennett's Wallaby, and Sulcata Tortoise! 2-8 per group (not including children under 2). All ages welcome. Children under 2 do not need a reservation, but will still require a waiver. Animal Food included! Price is per person. If there are more than 8 people in your group, please reach out. ***Closed toed shoes are REQUIRED*** *Item of clothing that covers the shoulders and legs highly recommended. Higher chance of possibly being scratched if not. Minimal jewelry and accessories if possible'* Be prepared to possibly get dirty. *All children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.*

We’re so excited to share our animals with you and create a fun, memorable experience for your visit! Because each encounter is carefully prepared for both our guests and our animals, we ask that you please review our policy below: No Refunds - All bookings are non-refundable. Your reservation secures a special time just for you and helps us plan the best possible experience. Need to Reschedule? - We understand that plans can change! We’re happy to reschedule your visit as long as you let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Within 48 Hours - If a change is requested within 48 hours of your scheduled visit, we’re unfortunately unable to reschedule, and the appointment will be forfeited without a refund. This allows us to properly prepare and care for our animals and other guests. If we are forced to cancel due to weather or other extenuating circumstances, you will have the choice to either reschedule or receive a refund. We’re Here to Help - If you need to make a change, feel free to do so yourself on our site or please reach out to us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you!
