No Refunds - All bookings are non-refundable. Your reservation secures a special time just for you and helps us plan the best possible experience.

Need to Reschedule? - We understand that plans can change! We’re happy to reschedule your visit as long as you let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Within 48 Hours - If a change is requested within 48 hours of your scheduled visit, we’re unfortunately unable to reschedule, and the appointment will be forfeited. This allows us to properly prepare and care for our animals and other guests.

We’re Here to Help - If you need to make a change, feel free to do so yourself on our site or please reach out to us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you!

In the event that Belle Brook Animal Encounter is forced to cancel due to weather or other extenuating circumstances, we will offer a refund or rescheduling.
